When the game starts, the time to prepare is over.  Every type of training that we offer builds into game time skills and can be done in a group or a 1-on-1 setting.  We offer nutrition counseling to maintain a healthy lifestyle through membership, basketball skills training as well as speed and agility training.

  • 5:30-7 PM B-ball (3rd grade to 6th)
  • 7-8:30 PM B-ball (7th grade and up)
